Gunsmith recommendations

Good morning all, I need to find a good `smith in the Dover DE area.I tried Paul Williams but the phone is no longer in service.Any suggestions,would be appreciated.What I need done is a 700 Rem HB.308 barreled action bedded in a Manners stock and the stock trigger tuned up. Thanks in advance. Jeff

I know these are not in Dover, however they are just a short drive. There are others I saw. Easy to do a search. I cannot vouch for either but on other boards were spoken well of.
