Hi guys

For hobbyst gunsmithing, who willl work just some rifles a year, is this machine good enough for the common work done in bolt rifles?

this one is the same thing with shorter longitudinal travel and you'd save a few bucks. I'd say for hobby gunsmithing either one would work just fine

liseo, The one you posted will work just fine. The other one posted, has a round column. That will be a pain to realign if you change height in a setup.

Thanks fellas

I will check both with Grizzly, bad that the taxes to bring to my country will rise the costs up to 250% >:(

dont mean to throw a wrench in your plan but for that money if you take the time you can find a used bridgeport.

I picked one up with two power feeds and DRO for $2500. Took along time to find it but theyre out there.

Couldn't agree more with a used bridgeport BUT he's in Brasil, might be tough to find. It might be cheaper to ship in a used Bridgeport than a new Grizzly.

Be glad the taxes are so high to import that stuff. If we had import taxes like that in the USA we would still have some jobs here. ;)
