Guns that use an AR15 lower receiver

A friend has bought a 5D tactical jig to mill ar15 and AR10 lower receivers. Has made ENOUGH AR15s and AR10s, he says he doesn't need any more. And after a little counting i agree with him. I intend to build some that is not a 223, like a 6.5 Grendel or 7.62-39. I am trying to think of a way for him to continue to use his jig. I know that there are some 50 BMG rifles that use an AR15 lower. Are there any others? He is a self taught machinist and is pretty good at it so some thing that we/he can build might get him to going on a new project.

6.8 SPC, 300 Hamr, 22 Nosler, 22 Valkyrie and 6 arc come to mind. I’m sure that I’m missing some but there are a few more for y’all.

Yes thank you!!! But I am more interested in other types of rifles that are built on AR uppers. I am probably not expressing my self very well. The Serbu RN50 and one of the other Serbu 50 calibers use an AR15 lower or at least part of it for the fire control system. I keep thinking that there are others but I can't remember which ones.

The RN-50 doesn't use an AR-15 lower. It's a break action with threaded breech, the "lower" is a pistol grip and FCG.

Others, like some of the .50 BMG "uppers"- aren't really upper receivers, they're considered firearms in themselves and are serialized just like the lower you put it on (unless homemade, obviously).
Many of them are really just bolt actions, that may or may not use the lower mag, and in function are more like the RN-50- holding a pistol grip and FCG.

Essentially, you're ending up with a bolt action in a chassis.

What's the point?

Well , since hes not allowed to sell or transfer them in any way , i would suggest a look at Shotgun news Gunsmithing projects . It was made a few -10 yrs ago . Many ideas and projects using modified smg uppers on a hammer fired ( ar-15 ) lower . Almost any smg can be made to work , but be careful , some parts are just illegal to possess. Even if its not a receiver . A copy of atfe books are available.
Did you know owning a m-1 carbine that was stamped m-2 , even though its all m-1 carbine and semi auto only , its still classified as a full auto machine gun . Small little things like this can really get messy . Thats just one of many I remember .
Other firearms utilizing the ar-15 , original bushmaster pistol , as modified from the usaf survival pistol , IMP if I remember correctly. The Ar180 platform . All use the same or could use the same hammer, and sear , trigger relationship.
ar180 and bushmaster can use a simple square tube upper and id modified for a pistol cal. can be a simple blow back .
