Edit: Poking around on the Drumshanbo website (and Wikipedia), the Gunpowder designation comes from a processing method of tea leaves, specifically rolling them up prior to drying (and anything else they do to them.) Gunpowder tea is named such due to its resemblance to gunpowder back in the day. It's apparently been manufactured since the Chinese Tang Dynasty (618-907 AD.)

Gin is way too rough for me. Like the label tho. I was ruined last year when a local restaurant owner gave me my first shot of Pappy's. I have never ever had anything nearly as smooth as that. I probably will never again.
