I don't need to use any, but my 2 safes are in basement in the room where the hot water boiler is. Pretty consistant temp all year long.

I use the Rechargeable ones (Plug them in over night to refresh), that I also got on Amazon.

I use both a heat rod(heat rods are not a dehumidifier) and 2 large Rechargeable Silica Gel Canisters(one high and one low in the safe. I prefer the color shifting canisters, so I know when it is time to recharge them.

eva-dry and a golden rod. Never had problems in Western Washington, no problems in Central Texas.
