Does the L E Wilson just have the surface rust on the outside?

It’s not really a “rusting” of the metal as it’s more oxidized. Which is basically rusting. It’s discolored the surface. The inside is fine. Likely protected by the lubes from sizing cases. I can put a borescope in it and post those pics, as well.
