NC/Br Shooter

RFC has the most kindergarten/day care like environment for a firearms website that I've ever encountered. Some of its liberal monitoring dictates are just puzzling.I tried to get everyone I could motivated to comment AGAINST this rule when it was on public notice. I can happily say that the accurate shooter forum posted my request and we had people send in negative comments. However, when I posted the same request at rimfire central, they removed my post and sent me a reprimand PM.
It was going down, pro or anti comments be darned. It was a done deal when proposed. Interesting info about RFC though.I tried to get everyone I could motivated to comment AGAINST this rule when it was on public notice. I can happily say that the accurate shooter forum posted my request and we had people send in negative comments. However, when I posted the same request at rimfire central, they removed my post and sent me a reprimand PM. I won't support or use their forum again. If we don't work together - we lose, big time. And during the public notice for this rule, liberals liberally commented in favor of the rule. They keep the pressure on, always pressing ,and we incrementally lose each time. But it will end soon enough, when there is nothing left to lose.
If you change the words of a passed law are you not creating a new law ?I tried to get everyone I could motivated to comment AGAINST this rule when it was on public notice. I think you are right. And I think that you are right that it will be adjudicated. It is simply that the ATF has probably (my view) been instructed by the current administration to interpret the meaning of the words so that it accomplishes the liberal goal of attacking gun owners. Sure, it might be in effect for a while, but while it is in effect, it attacks our freedom and sets precedents. The average person does not have the money, time, or will to pursue fighting it in the courts. If you change the words of a passed law are you not creating a new law ?
I don't know. What I do know is this needs to be challenged in the Supreme Court.
As others have said, ..... the lefties will keep nibbling and nibbling at the 2A until they ban all firearms.
I have said many time the 2A protects all the others
