the other groups matched the pictures earlier in the post. these shots were about 30 shots apart so I'm chalking the drop up to the barrel being hotter. I try not to mess with the scope while testing loads. now that this loads close ill see how heat effects it etc. the bottom one is a little wide but being only the third group if this load I need to test it more before totally blaming wind. wind was light and variable. I'm not crazy about the whole aim at one point and impact another. at least for my shooting. bench rest and load development sure. once my loads developed to where I'm happy i plan on learning to estimate range and wind better via Kentucky windage. so hitting a steel plat at varying distances by ability and knowing my gun and ballistics is my goal. not just as small a hole as possible.
