Grouping ?

Shooting a 7mag with 162sst's, with 60.5 gr. IMR 4831. My gun is a Savage 114 American classic with a sporter barrel, it's my hunting gun, topped with a Vortex Viper. I have had it bedded, action trued, and recrowned. This happens everytime, first two shots touch then the 3rd about and inch away and the 4th touching the 3rd. Anybody got any ideas what could be causing this?

One thing I would consider is that there has been a change in the condition (change in wind, etc). Do you shoot with wind flags? That would be a way to help sort things out.

The wind yesterday was blowing straight in at 5 mph. One thing that I did notice was the trigger guard screw was loose. Could this cause a shift in poi?

It should allow a poi shift if it is more than a trigger guard screw, but actually an action screw like on most bolt actions....not familiar with your Savage
