Groundhog getting some "air"

..okay, now we have all seen prairie dogs getting launched with hyper-velocity rounds out West...


this is what happens when a 6.5mm 139 gr. Lapua Scenar starting at 3,080 fps encounters a #20 groundhog at 83 yards!!!

well...by own estimation!....next time I will bring my digital scales!

at 83 yards, the 6.5mm 139 gr. Lapua Scenar impacted at 2,909 fps carrying 2,613 ft. lbs. of K.E.

not your "typical" 55 gr. Hornady VMAX impact shot!!

Nice video! Gotta hit them low to get the flip. The best shots are on rocks. That is the best big hog on the dirt I've seen. The Richard franklin videos have some good ones. Just a warning though watching those videos will cause you to buy a set of big eyes and start building a war wagon
