Grinch reamer

Will a 6mmar turbo 40imp die set work for a JGS Grinch reamer? I have Whitley's 6XCII and BRX dies from his sight while using his reamer print and they work GREAT for me. I would like to buy dies from him again but don't know which reamer print matches his dies.

I would send your reamer print or fired brass to whidden and get a set that will work. Its a small price to pay to not have issues later. It may work on the base but not farther up and maybe somewhere else.

He used my grinch reamer and used those dies and had problems as far as I remember

This is one reason I chose to do a straight 6 Grendel. I can use off the shelf Redding Grendel bushing dies to size with and even a 6ppc die that I already had, to seat with. I love when simple works this well!

He makes them off a fired case or reamer print not grab one out of a bin he made last week off a generic print.

I think that you might be mixing up Whidden with Whitley.

I said get whidden dies and then rw and his reamer design came into it from somewhere. Wasnt even sure who we was talking about til you said whitley- my bad!
