Greetings and cheers

Thanks, Boss. I am no more than a humble guest on your forum. It would have never occurred to me to introduce myself that way.

During my Naval Service stint, that was a very common expression. As in: That's a sh*t job, give it to the FNG. ;)

Clever. The term was ultimately refined in Vietnam in the late 60's. You could say it as "F...N...G..." or "Fung", no pun intended of course.

Guys, I am no stranger to the "F" word. My paying job requires working on or operating heavy equipment. Sometimes accidental physical contact is made leading to injury. I have had third degree burns, broken bones, pieces of steel in my eyes and other reasons to cause me to land in the emergency room. So you see I can assure you I have used the "F" word. My concern is it seems to be used more and more easily and casually in our daily lives. Is it possible we can communicate with each other on the 6BR forums without using it? Until lately 6BR was a place I could go and not hear it. Please consider. Thank you. RandyB.

The intro was to try and disarm any narcissist, sorry if I started something that led to the touching of a nerve. Your not alone I have been in construction 33 years.
