Green Dot for .45 acp?

i am going to try some 230gr Hy Tek coated in my 1911a1s. After doing some reading about coating, I see where cooler powders are suggested as opposed to BE and my fav Clays, which happens to be significantly hotter on the charts.
I picked up the powder and projos today, two diff places and put more than a few miles on doing so. So I haven't poured over the manuals to dig this out but if some one has a safe load they have used or can furnish some rldg manual suggestions, I would be most appreciative. tia, Tom

Have not tried these, they are from manuals:
*Alliant Powder Reloaders Guide ( The free one with shipment of powder)/ For GREEN DOT in .45 ACP/ Fed. 150 primers
-230 gr FMC- 5.4 gr / 920 fps /15,800 psi
-230 gr JHP- 5.4 gr / 845 fps /19,500 psi
-230 gr L (Target)- 4.3 gr / 805 fps / 13,200 psi
* Speer Manual #9 (1974)- For 225 gr.JHP using CCI-300 primers/ in .45 ACP
Start load- 5.3 gr. GREEN DOT nets 762 fps
Max. load-5.7 gr. GREEN DOT nets 813 fps

ran 5.2 gr. greendot 230gr. lead rn in my 70 series cold cup 14lb recoil spring soft shooting fun load easy on me and gun

Good to know Wagonman. I have a hand full of springs. A good starting point as I'll need to step'em up a bit for the Gunsite class.

I shoot a fair bit of Green Dot in my 45 ACP.
But i'm using it with 185gr LSWC.
