Great Score or Bust?

2014' ? That's too old to be safe. I'm sure there are plenty of knowledgeable people on this forum that can dispose of it properly and legally for you. Free of charge. They'll even pay the shipping ! super nice folk on this forum for sure.
:D

Open the can and if it smells normal and looks normal it's because it's good.
;)

I'm still shooting some RWS primers and IMR-3031 dated 1972. Shoot really well! You scored there. Components can last a really long time so don't worry about the dates on stuff. More important that it's been stored correctly and smells normal as everyone has stated.

Funny thread, I would consider that newly manufactured. If it is getting 40 years on it, then I would use a little caution. Someone was throwing out 20 year old powder....what happened there???,,,throw it my way!

Sorry guys - I'm not letting go of it. :)

At the range today and it shot greatin one of my 223 Rem bolt rifles. Not much different than my preferred powder, i.e. H4895 which is extremely hard to find around here now. I get about 280 loads of 223 Rem's out of can of H / IMR 4895 so I'm good to go for awhile.

Predators beware - justice is coming soon. :):)
