Great Customer Service From Hornady

Had a problem with my Hornady Powder Dispenser. It was well past the warranty time limit. Called Hornady and sent it to them. They replaced it with a new unit which included an electronic scale. Great people to do business with!

Hornady rocks all the way around! Have been there for me all the way.
 
I had a very minor issue with components of a die set. (My mistakes in ordering after market die set parts). I called them up, and they sent me the correct parts plus a few extra. GREAT Customer Service!!!
