Grease on the lug?

A member sent me Purple Magic bolt lube (CCG Precision), and I tried it on my Predator action and it looks nice and full of color.. I then put it on a three lugger and I can tell it is better lubed now, texture seems right to stay in place and the small tipped applicator works good for the job..

I use red grease on the lugs and cocking piece, but not threads. For those, I use moly paste.

I use #2 synthetic EP high temperature wheel bearing grease on mine.

+1 to wheel bearing grease even in my gas guns, the AR15 especially loves it (lugs only).
