In the videos one can see the cup being stationary as the circular holder lifts - so the cup is not clamped. The cup doesn't appear to be unclamped and sit freely.
In the video you can't see the scale screen so no way to see how close it is to zero each time the cup is placed on the scale. I'd need to see it move the cup on and off the scale multiple times while maintaining zero each time before I'd consider it.In the videos one can see the cup being stationary as the circular holder lifts - so the cup is not clamped.
Fair enough. Having said that, there are a bunch of videos and close inspection shows the cup is loose in the holder, which is the basic requirement. In the video
Sure it's loose, but does it exert zero pressure on the cup? It seems it would be like touching the side of a powder cup with your finger while it's on the scale and expecting it to have no effect. I'm not saying it's impossible to achieve just a bit skeptical. I'd imagine there is a tapered area on the cup where the arm contacts it so when the cup is on the scale the arm lowers to the tapered area and isn't in contact with the cup at all. I'd just like to see that actually working.Fair enough. Having said that, there are a bunch of videos and close inspection shows the cup is loose in the holder, which is the basic requirement.
Agreed. The proof is in the pudding.I'm not saying it's impossible to achieve just a bit skeptical.
Rube Goldberg is alive and will…Figured I’d drop this off. Seems interesting and could be a solution for some.
Gas gun guys can use an old school powder thrower, no need for this. Most gas gun guys are loading on a progressive with a thrower. The target customers are going to the PRS crowd first and foremost and some F-Class shooters, then trickle down from there. People that feel their time is worth money to them. I think it's great if it works as shown. The determining factor to me would be price. I like to see the innovation.Rube Goldberg is alive and will…
Kind of reminds me of my son’s Mouse Trap game…
I can only see this as useful to some sort of small commercial enterprise for loading bulk ammo… Would not trust it for match ammo…
Gas Gun guys should be a target market if they adhere to Spray & Pray…
I’m the guy that posted about seeing them at the great outdoor show. When I went back to them and asked to confirm the $3000 price tag, he seemed to indicate when they do the initial launch/ preorder, they’ll be sending an email and it should be lower, how much? He wouldn’t elaborate, but watching it in person was pretty impressive. Would have liked to see them actually doing it live with different powders and then see them move the 100 round block around and start overOn another forum from a guy at the "Great American Outdoor Show" with Gray Ops, $3K USD. Then you add the scale and thrower.
