Good Service from Kelbly's

Recently I had a problem with my 6PPC. It would fire when closing the bolt. I tried to get the bolt apart but the tool I had would not do the trick. I called Kelbly and talked to Calef. He told me to send it and the trigger to them and they would try to find the problem.

In two days, Calef called me telling me that they had received it and would start soon as possible to work on it. Today, I received a call from Calef, telling me that they had cleaned the trigger, removed several pieces of primer and polished the bolt and would returned to right away. Total cost was $60.00 including shipping. I have dealt with them several times and their customer relations are beyond reproach. I am now a happy camper.

Anyone who has ever complained about Kelby's customer service is the type of person who would Bitch if they got hung with a new rope . Period !

A few weeks ago, I called Kelbly's on a Monday about some new extractor springs and a Sako kit. Had a tracking number in the afternoon and the parts on Friday the same week. Have had similar experiences with Bullet Central and Southern Precision Rifles.

I personally have never heard anyone say a bad word about Kelbly. Has been a class operation for a long time.

Top notch and with a new (high quaility) generation in place I expect they'll still be doing this for years and years. The Jewell situation has taught me to assume nothing these days.
