Good Customer Service

About a month ago I called JGS Precision Tool MFG., L.L.C. I spoke with Sarah Siewell, she took my order for several chamber Reamers. She checked the shelf for possible in stock Reamers and shipped what they had in inventory. She gave me a delivery date on the Reamers to be made. How refreshing to get what you ordered right, on the date or before told you would get it. And to get the charges to my credit card correct too. I will give JGS an A+ for quality and Customer Service. Thank You Sarah, Ken, and crew.
 
I had the same type of service from them about a year ago, great company. Sarah does a great job with customer support and is prompt to reply with questions I had/have. Their reamers were top notch, very nice equipment to use.
 
I received my reamer yesterday as promised on time, also called for some question and I guess they were busy and got a message machine, left message to call me back and today they called me and answered all my questions, and were very pleasant in doing so.
I give credit where credit is do, they have great customer service and I would buy from them again anytime.

Keep in mind our phones are only open from 7:30am to 2:00pm Pacific time Monday to Friday.
 
+1 for JGS. Competency is worth the price you pay for it. Sarah is my hero!

Call their competitor and all I get is a loud suction sound (head coming out of their ass) when I ask the first question with a response of "I don't know". :(

I truly am jealous. I wish I had your good luck, and that I had dealt with them rather than the guy I'm dealing with now. The guy that has my stuff valued at over$1,600 without optics (thank the lord I didn't send that too) is out of Salem VA. He has had my stuff for over a year. I'll say that again lol, over a year. For a cerakote job, I kid you not.

Literally, utterly ZERO communication.

Call, doesn't answer. Leave voicemails, no call back. Text, see in the text thread that your messages have been read, no response. Email, no response. Message on Facebook Messenger, nothing. Lol, drive overan hour to the shop, nobody there.

Jgs, like this thread, have been around a long time. Simple searches will tell you how a company stacks up and jgs is one of the best, not that it relates in any form to your posts here about a totally unrelated company. Call harrels precision and catch him at work.
 
I don't chamber my own barrels, but I own the reamers for all the calibers I shoot. Speaking as the "little guy" I received the same courtesy and attention to detail that has already been voiced by several well known shooters/gunsmiths on here. That's why all my reamers are JGS.
