Thats because your fired brass matches your short chamber

Most new brass is quite a bit shorter than go so if it’s fired in your chamber it’s still shorter than go. As long as your dies will set the shoulder back when it needs it’s not that big of a deal.

My new 6xc brass was 0.010 shorter than the Go guage. Go guage is longest chamber allowed, ammo tries to be as short as allowed.

I think you've got something backwards. The NO GO is the longest, but it's not allowed. Seems to me, GO + .003 is the longest allowed, so the bolt won't close on NO GO. GO + .004 = NO GO

Don't forget the field gauge! The no-go is the longest allowed for a new chamber, but a used firearm can be as long as the field gauge (go + 0.012" IIRC).
