Gilkes Ross actions.

Since the passing of Bill Rodgers (builder of the action) and the passing of writer German Salazar (big proponent of the action), is there any future for this action in 300 and 600 yard shooting? It is a beautiful 3-lug action that has never garnered too much attention. Thanks for any info......James

I’ve got one. Had it since 90. Still shoot it. Changed the stock and now use it in F-Class. Great action cant remember how many barrels it’s been on but it’s been a bunch
