If you look around on this page, near the top, you will see a row of Buttons that link to various advertisers. Their presence helps pay for this site. The last one on the right is for Amazon.com, and every time that you use it to go to Amazon, and then buy something, a small percentage, is credited to this site... out of Amazon's pocket, not yours.
That is all fine and good, but what if you get in the mood to shop some time when you are not on this page? For these situations, there is a convenient solution that gives the same result.
You can drag and drop the button onto your Bookmarks Toolbar, which will give you a shortcut icon to click on the whole time that your browser is on screen. Making the extra effort to do this, when multiplied by the total number of those who enjoy this site, would have a large impact on what this site can afford to do, and present for our enjoyment, and it won't cost you a thing.
If you need help getting this done, post on this thread, and I will walk you through it, or at least try to. (It really should be very easy for you to do. If I can ....)If you already are using the Bookmarks Toolbar feature of your browser, adding one more shortcut should be a non issue, but it important that you put it there by dragging the button from this page. If you already have one that got there another way, please delete and replace it.
The Forum Boss will be doing something more eye catching and slick on this later on, but I could see no harm is an early start by this post. Thank you for your time.

PS: One way to tell if you have done it correctly is to compare the URL (web address) that is showing when you are on Amazon's home page, from your Bookmarks Toolbar, with the one that you see when using the button on this page. If they are the same, you are good to go.
If you did this correctly, you should see this in the URL slot when you arrive at Amazon.com:
http://www.amazon.com/?_encoding=UTF8&tag=accuratescom-20&linkCode=ur2&camp=1789&creative=9325
