getting a little bit shaky in your advanced years, yesI am

Love to be at the range shooting off the bags I'm golden most days. Put me in the field and get comfortable and rock solid steady on an animal and I feel like I'm trying to be steady in a hurricane some times. I have used the shooting sticks with limited success and have found a new product that has increased my confidence to a remarkable place.
A dense piece of light weight foam called a maxBox is my favorite new field rest. It is about 14 inches long with stock size cut outs in the foam, and weighs practically nothing. I used it two weekends ago, once on top of a bale and the other semi prone on an old road allowance. and both times I was rock solid perfect with my aim and I knew both deer were going to be fataley hit with the Steyr pro hunter in 6.5x55.
So if you think you might like to up your confidence level or you want a new shooter to feel his shot will be well executed have a look at this great product.

Depends on the circumstances. Here' legal big game is a no no. But the law is very vague as to what constitutes shooting from a vehicle.. You may apply for and receive a disabilty exception. On the other hand shooting varmints and predators it seems to OK..

I think the point is the product is helping him in field expediant situations where in the past kneeling or even standing worked, but now it harder due to "gaining wisdom thru experience" like most of us duffers refer to it.

thanks bottleneck, this is the item I was trying to describe. Super light weight for carrying to the field, and holds any rifle rock solid, be good for field varmint shooting as well.. FS
