GemPro 250 Power Chord Failure

Does anyone have the number for the company that makes GemPro scales? My wall adapter/chord has stopped working and I need another. No phone number is listed on the MyWeigh web site, and after two emails to them, they still have not returned or acknowledged my messages sent over a week ago.

I've played in a couple garage bands. Power chords always worked for me.

If you can determine the specs of the adapter(likely printed on the body of the adapter, or near the plug-in on the scale): the voltage, and polarity of the plug, a UNIVERSAL ADAPTER will most likely work

You could take the unit to Radio Shack.
And as posted match the voltage and polarity.

Thanks Steve. I will be calling them today as the scale is still under warranty.

Looking at the chord, there is an extra do-dad that looks like some sort of isolator surrounding the chord that slides up and down. That seems unique to all the other chords that I have on hand.

Take your inop power cord to Radio Shack. They can fix you up.
