GEM PRO 250 scale warranty repair help

I bought a GemPro 250 electonic scale through Brian Enos shop last year. The scale worked well for about 9 months, and then sudenly it went crazy...

It does not hold any weight, keeping drifting a lot (from 2 to 20 grains for exemple) and plain just hold any zero for more than 30 seconds.

I tried everything but got no good results. So I read the warranty card from My Weigh that came with the scale and send it to the address in US with a note about the problems.

About 4 weeks later I received the scale back, in its original mail box, saying that there is no My Weigh businnes on the address !!!

I double checked and it is the address in the warranty card.

So, anyone could help me to find exactly where can I send the GemPro 250 for repair?

This was the address I sent to My Weigh... and got the package back from Post Office saying this is the wrong address.

This is the address I sent:

  3401 W Papago Street, Phoenix, AZ 85009

May be I have to send it to Canada?

A quick check of my google machine lists that address for 3 other scale company warranty sites.

White pages list this as the phone number for that address. Maybe it will help. 602-253-2214

Have a friend who was just sent a replacement scale within the last few months. He said he used the address on their website.

mine do what you described but often its just a kernel of powder lodged somewhere it should not be.have you unscrewed the weigh plate to give it a blow around and check ? mine are years old and it sorts them every time.
