Garmin Xero C1 just updated to 3.18?

Anybody have any idea how to determine what updates are for?
I'm just curious.

Haven't had that experience yet.
Shut it off, turn it back on and see if it updates correctly?
Tried that and a complete factory reset. It continues to say there was an error during the update. Weird.
I use the Garmin Express app on my PC. It should update through the phone app but that is not happening either. I may need to contact Garmin.

Let us know what the outcome is when you find the answer. Start a new thread with an appropriate title so we can find it.

Garmin needs to re-program so 'next session' is on top and not below 'adjust screen contrast' or whatever it is.. and also get rid of the how to set up your sensor 15 inches etc every time you do a new session. And then what is this new bullet energy thing? who cares?? I just want speed and related variances. Some fine tuning is needed but how to get to them with results?

You can get rid of the sensor set up prompt. It is in the settings under pro settings.

I’m hoping the price comes down a bit, we average guys could use a break.

Down range readings, by blocking the Xero with a steel plate and using a thin paper target (no backer) just to the side of the plate.
IF you had TWO Garmin Xero C1, you could get simultaneous readings at the muzzle and at 300yds. Even with only one and a good (low E.S.) load you could get down range velocities.
