I'm planning on buying a GAP Precision Pinnacle rifle. It's fitted to a Manner stock MCS-T2A GAP; it has an aluminum Chassis. They also offer it to be bedded for an extra charge. Do I need this extra bedding?

No need to bed a mini chassis. I have had many Manners with mini chassis and never bedded any of them and they were all accurate. It also kills any resale value if you ever wanted to sell it down the road.
On side note, excellent choice in GAP. Got my first work done by GAP back around 2003 and more since then.
