FX120i problem

I have been using my FX120i auto trickle combo now for four years with no issues until recently. A few days ago I set my desired charge weight and hit the print button and noticed that it would not except the charge weight number.Of course this renders the auto trickler useless. Just wondering if any of you have run into this situation? A friend of mine has just started having the same issue with his. I made sure all my connections were tight, unplugged everything and plugged them back in and shut the power off. I emailed Adam and he send some instructions that as far as I can tell did not pertain to my issue. If anybody out there has had this problem and knows how to take care of it please let me know. I have a feeling we can’t be the only two having this problem. Thank you for any input you may have, Don

I know this may sound stupid, and maybe you already have done it. But have you unplugged the unit from the AC line power? let it sit unplugged for five minutes.

Pain in the arse. Have been fighting this issue since I got mine. Unplug it and let it sit for about 5 minutes. It will reset.

When you enter your weight by pressing the print button the display should blink twice meaning that the A&D/Autotrickler has accepted and stored the charge weight. If it doesn't the autotrickler electronics that you put into the back of the A&D have gone tango uniform. Had the same problem a year ago, Adam sent out a new electronics package. Email him.
