Fx-120i/V3 autotrickler breeze break uneven

Anyone out there have a problem with their Fx-120i breeze break not sitting flush on the scale? Purchased this new a few days ago with the V3 Autotrickler and was surprised to see so much rocking. Faulty breeze break (warped plastic), something wrong with the molded plastic frame around the scale, common problem, all of the above? Here are a couple of short videos illustrating the problem. Welcome thoughts!

I doubt this is an issue especially if you are reloading in a closed room. If it bothers you, you could put some foam adhesive tape around the bottom of the breeze break. A roll of the thin foam tape on Amazon is $8

I haven't seen this problem before. I'm guessing it won't affect the scale.
As Ben said, if it bothers you, put something under it to even it out.
Send who ever you bought it from your video and see if they will send
you another replacement for it.

Good idea about using some foam tape, just surprised I’d need to do it. These scales are such precision instruments and not exactly inexpensive...I find it odd that they’d be so careless/cheap on the breeze break that comes with them. I sent the videos to the retailer who agreed that shouldn’t be the case; thought I’d check around while I wait for a resolution on their end to see if other forum members have experienced the same. Will report back! Thanks again!

I would try putting the wind screens in a different position, since you are only using two.
they give the base rigidity thru shear value. it would not take much out of alignment for this. is the base warpped without any wind plastic? good luck, I love my scale.

Well crap! I hate to hear that as I anxiously await receiving my V3 Combo. Was told the first week in May....yeeehaaaa!

Mine is loose, wobbles around. Can’t imagine having a thrower or anything else attached to it. I just auto trickle. I’m assuming that is why people get the area 419 upgrade. Mine is only good for breeze/dust, but that’s probably the intent.

Has anyone contacted the people they bought it from? Results?
Why would you have to buy an upgrade to the very latest version?

The clear lexan top from Area419 helps push that down a bit too from the weight plus having a clear top is invaluable for looking into the scale at many angles. So it’s a win win. But just the weight of the AutoDrop with nearly a pound of powder in it will probably push that down to where you don’t notice it too.
