So a ton of money is worth $906,118. I always wondered about that. Good to know.
Well dollar bills anyways..So a ton of money is worth $906,118. I always wondered about that. Good to know.
He did say "One dollar bill = 1 gram."Well dollar bills anyways..![]()
I inadvertently entered a 0 after the decimal before "59237" and rounded to the nearest dollar. In fact the proper value is $907,184.74. I have no clue how you got $896,000 since there are about 454 grams in a pound, or 453.59237 to be more exact.$896,000 in Ones.
True, if I could ever have some reading comprehension... Or maybe it's still too early here on the left coast and the caffeine hasn't kicked in, lol. Just for fun I'll weigh some other bills out of curiosity. He did say "One dollar bill = 1 gram."
Don't be too hard on yourself; he could have meant "a one dollar bill," or "a single (any denomination) dollar bill." He was ambiguous and difficult to read, just like the FX-120 instructions.True, if I could ever have some reading comprehension... Well, ya average 28 gr/oz., X 16 oz/#, then add the stripper and junkie slime, X 2000 (ton). Hey, we're talking about an FX-120 here, not a beam scale; let's be precise.

Next if you say the scale read what you wrote on the paper, I'm gonna be suspicious. LDSThe 20, and 30 combined will work, however, wipe them off with alcohol, and dry them, then use tweezers or gloves to handle the weights. The natural oil in your finger prints could change your check weights!
I weighed a small piece of paper, then wrote the actual weight on it, and the scale weighed the difference of the INK that I wrote the weight with!
Ok, I just got my new FX-120i scale delivered. I got it put together, and I can turn it on by pressing the on button...
I tried reading instructions, but all that jibberish has left me clueless.
So I can turn it on...
How do you set grains as standard weight instead of grams? Or do yall click mode to change to grains every use?
How do you calibrate this SOB? Lol it said something about an auto calibration, then another part said it was FZ series only that does it... I need to figure out the calibration!
Once calibrated can I just trickle out charge after charge again? Because I trickled one charge but when I set my pan on it it didnt return to zero...
Im lost...
ACCESSORY ???????
I have found a 4 outlet Tripp-Lite LC 1200 for 74.95 on Ebay
Also this/Fair-Rite RCT-2 Ferrite Beads 10 OHM/100 MHZ
Is this the correct part or parts, and how many of the beads do I need.
If this equipment is good for a high end scale, would it work the same for a lesser $$ scale?? LDS
UPDATE****
I figures it out late last night after the house got quiet and I could sit and push buttons and learn!
