Here in Southern NH, on road Diesel is running $6.30 a gallon average.
It seems to go up about $0.05 a day

Saw gas at the local Chevron Truck Stop at $6.19 for unleaded.

I'm just passing thru St Joseph MO and got regular for $3.99/gal. Two days ago in SE Oregon it was $5.09/gal. The high gas prices have not gotten the majority of the people off the road, including me. When I get home and add up the total for gas during my cross country trip and back home, I'll probably be grounded (aka broke) for rest of the year.

Yep, just drove from Portland, OR to Livingston, MT and back.
As of Saturday, regular 89 octane gas prices:
Livingston : $4.17
Missoula : $4.39 (Non-ethanol regular was $5.02)
CDA : $4.47
Pasco : $4.59
Vancouver : $4.59
Beaverton : $4.89
Seems gas is rising fairly quickly again. Gas in Beaverton was $4.69 when I left at the start of the trip.

Just returned from a road trip from WA to CO, prices ranged from 3.87 to 4.99. And went up locally 0.30 a gallon at home. Thanks Jay, NOT!

It’s over $4.00 a gallon in the Houston area.

And they make it right down the street.

Diesel is well over $5.00 a gallon.

Don't know why, other than greed, to this afternoon, the stations raised fuel prices another $.20 cents. From average of 5.36 to 5.56 for gasoline and diesel went to 6.50 a gallon.

Yes. Hence the $700 quote. Depends on the route, of course, and whether a person opts for only first-tier or is willing to use second-tier airports.

Gas up here in Erie Pa, went up 20 cents over night. 3 years ago
I bought this tin box Nissan Versa, for just traveling to the ranges
and match's I frequent. I get a good 36 MPG. I budgeted for three
match's per month assuming gas hit's $5.00 bucks. My safety net
will be to drop a match, and just do two per month. It won't matter
anyhow with having only a 6 month reserve on reloading components.
at that point, I won't need the gas if trade options don't work out.

Costs more to transport fuel to stations and ethanol to refineries. Plus Joe wants gas above 6.00/ gal, then the democrats will magically figure out a price drop in Oct, with prices back up in mid Nov. And we are in summer blends now which reduces production slightly.
