How do you hold? Specificaly your non trigger hand. Is it squeezing the bag or holding the rifle, magazine, palmswell etc..

Trying to get this down. I have been controlling the bag on the buttstock of my AR but starting to wonder if this lets it hop more.

If you are using a tactical style rear bag, squeeze is the way. If you are using a protector or edgewood bag, you rest your hand facing rearward on the front of the bag. I shoot both methods.
