This is a Charity shoot for the Children's Hospital in Corpus Christi. This is my first year to participate but the person that organizes this has been most helpful. The shoot is held at the Jeff Sellers Ranch just south of Runge Texas. As has been told to me, there are five stages with five targets at each stage and may be set up anywhere from 75 yards out to 600 yards. The 75 yard targets may be cherry tomatoes and other targets at different ranges may include limes, lemons and other assorted with the longer ranges probably being steel.
Points are awarded (not sure, but heard different points awarded at different distances) and if necessary a shoot off may occur at 800 yards or so. Not sure about this year but prizes have been awarded in the past.
Two classes, "hunter" with pretty much factory set-up and open, run what you brung. No .50 cal allowed.
