IMHO, there are quite a few good ones for either benchrest or f-class. For both, you kinda had to compromise. You might like to take a look at the MPOD:

Look at the Seb Mini. It is easy to transport and set up with its rotating/lockable head. There are quality aftermarket upgrades to check out and the Joystick top is very smooth and precise.

Is a Seb good to shoot without touching the joystick? I need simple for now but there is an Fclass range nearby I will try someday when I get time.

Lol you've got to start to get started.
I went through processes started with rcbs & bald eagle then Randolf then Farley now Seb.

Anything above the rcbs and bald eagle are 1k + .. So how deep do you want to dive in ?

The f class guys like the rodzilla with it's long adjusting stick. The new seb x has a stick (coming out in future)
Lenzi is another top tier ..
