Front Rest. JJ. or Sinclair

I have a chance to purchase and older JJ ind. rest or a 1st gen Sinclair.
The JJ is about $100 more.
I have used neither but want to up grade from a Caldwell.
Any opinions or advice?

Don't know anything about the JJ rest but I have a gen 1 Sinclair . I 've had it for more than 5 years with no problems.Good sturdy & heavy rest.

There's nothing finer than the JJ. I purchased one about two years ago and love it. It's almost a work of art. John Loh knows how to build a superb rest.

Yes the JJ is hands down a better made rest and well worth the extra 100 bucks! Lee
