Front F Class rifle rest

Hi DennisH
I like this one http://www.varidecicognani.com/2009/scheda.asp?idp=3&idsp=83&ids=646 but I also have a Cauldwell Rock BR 1000 the old type like this http://www.opticsplanet.net/caldwell-rock-br-competition-front-shooting-rest-440907.html , if you've got the money buy a SEB http://www.sebcoax.com/ you wont need another , good shooting buddy keep safe and hunt long !

Steve

Thanks Steve, the SEB looks like a good one.

Anyone have any experience with a Farley?

Myself and most of my teammates use the Farley Coaxial. In my opinion they are as good as it gets and they are made right here in Oklahoma USA by a great family of shooters. Give them a call they will take care of you. 405-732-7852

I sure like my SEB NEO. If you don't like joysticks, look at the new 21st Century -- it's offered with both the wrap-around grabber bag and conventional front bag. Some people thing the grabber may be illegal. I doubt if anyone would protest at club level.

Anybody have one of the above for sale? SEB . . . Or know someone who has?

Dennis

I would also consider a Farley, if one is available.

My tax guy is dragging his friggen arse completing my return (grrrrrrr) - could be I need to cash out a few toys to keep Obama's boys happy.

I'll tell you this though, I'll part with some very nice rifles before I'd ever send the SEB NEO down the road. I don't do any kind of competitive shooting but using the NEO provides it's own added dimension of pleasure to a day at the range. I can always buy/build another gun.

My advice would be to get on Ernie's wait list for a NEO, won't cost you anything. Buy some other rest to get you by then resell it once your NEO arrives.

Dennis,
I don't have rest in stock most of the time. If you want one the lead time will be long because the demand exceeds supply. Can't say how long now as the number keeps growing. I can only make about 200 rests a year. ---If you are in a hurry to get a front rest, I will recommend you to find a Farley & Shadetree for joystick rest, and John Loh's for non joystick. I don't know if these rests are available in stock or not anyway but I know they are great rests. I've never seen a Loh rest directly with my own eyes also but looking from the photo I know he makes a great front rest). There are also some other rests out there....ranging from what I would call them "junk", decent, good, to "5 stars". You have many choices actually....choose the one that you think would suit to your needs & shooting style. -- Just in case you're not in a hurry & have the patience to wait, the US dealer is Ernie Bishop in WY.... ernieemily@yahoo.com.
Or maybe you can find a used one, too.
Hope this help.
Best Regards,
seb.
