I recently purchased a WESTERN FIELD model 13 (Savage 416) with the pictured sights. They seem to match pictures I’ve seen online and am curious what model the rear sight is. What I‘ve been able to find out is that it ”should” be a Lyman 57 rear and either a Savage no. 15 (low) or no. 16 (tall) front sight. My question would be 1; is this front sight correct? Shouldn't it have a brass bead on top of the vertical blade? And 2; what make/model is the rear sight? Thanks in advanced. E
