My 101yr old Dad is in hospital, so I may be several days late shipping your bullets. Dad served in the US Navy, aboard the USS Oglala & USS Dorsey, as Gunners Mate First Class.
He earned a lot of respect from friends and family - looks like he’ll be discharged Monday. I am proud to have earned HIS respect.

I left out, that he served during WW II, Leyte Gulf , and Philippines. Compared to most of his peers, He was an, OLD Man.

My Dad was a Navy pilot, training for carrier duty. Two days before he graduated flight school, the War ended! Lucky for me.

Cherish all the years you’ve had together and more still to come. I lost my dad at half your dad’s age and I wish he could have seen how my family has grown and blossomed. A hole in my heart that will never be filled.
