Fridge for storage?

I picked up a few coolers at garage sales and use them for powder and primer storage. They don't have latches so no problem with pressure build up if something happens.

Anyone here use a fridge to store there ammo and powder in? If so do you use a running one or a old non functioning one? Do you allso use some sort of dehumidifier in it?

Thanks
MY FRIEND USES AN OLD FRIDGE TO STORE EVERY THING, POWDER PRIMERS DIES, BULLETS EVERYTHING. NO MOISTURE NO RUSTING AND NO POWDER GETTING WET AND GOING BAD. HE PUT A LOCK ON THE FRIDGE TO KEEP YOUNG SON OUT OF IT. AND IT WORKED SO WELL ON MOISTURE IT HAS BECOME A HIT AROUND HERE FOR RELOADERS.
