Frankfort decapping tool issue

I use a Frankfort decapping tool to punch out the SRPs from my 308 brass. I have the undersized pins for the Palma brass. I have noticed that the pin gets mangled after a few rounds processed. It looks like the punch us not going straight and seems to push up at the end of travel. I don't like decapping on the press because it sprays the spent primers everywhere.

What other primer decapping tool is there that works with Palma type brass, undersized holes?

Lee Universal de-priming die would work. There is a choice of large or small pins for it.

I also use the Frankfort decapping tool with Palma brass with small holes. I had to hone the pin down to fit the small holes. Once I got it to the right size, it has worked flawlessly. I would just work on the pin until it does the job.
