Frankford Arsenal reloading stand/bench

Does anyone have any 1st hand experience with this stand/bench. Reviews are good but looking for 1st hand experience if any. I will be doing .223 and have limited space in a spare room in the house. I'm new to the reloading world, and just trying to plan out my options. TIA

If you go to the main page where you get the forums. If you type in Black and decker workmate. It will come up 2006 Blogs. Scroll down and find the article. One guy made one and brought it to the benchrest school. It was really nice, portable and solid. It even has a seat. Just another option. Matt

I've seen threads about the B&D diy bench, and that's one option for me. Thanks for reminding me of this.

I bought one for load development at the range and it serves that purpose for me quite well. If you are just starting out and have limited space it will work. It is reasonable stable breaks down into a small easily transported size. Just keep in mind that the workable surface is limited and as you progress with your reloading you will need/want more space.
