FOX news.....

I am sorry to report that mother fox has relocated her family. It happened overnight last night. We saw the entire family out at 6:30 pm. No sightings at all today. There was simply too much pressure on her to continue using that den. Word got out and cars and people were stopping for pictures, lots of noise, walkers with dogs barking at them, etc. The final straw was two kids on 4 wheelers running around in the afternoon. We are outta here! She left no forwarding address.:(

This were the last photos I took late in the day yesterday. Camera set on VGA at full 20X zoom.

That sucks!!! I really enjoyed seeing your pics.

I was afraid something like that was going to happen and she would bug out and relocate. Or, with all those damn kids she has, she got a big fat stimulus check and moved to a new bigger dirt hole. :D

6 kids would bring a nice $4200 check, assuming she pulls in less than 75k a year. Probably a safe bet, but we don't know what other taxable gigs she has going.

EDIT: Whoops, 8 kids, so $5200

Had a family under one our sheds a few years back. She relocated them to a culvert under a driveway up the road. Then it rained and ran them out. She got hit on the road and within a couple days all of them were roadkill. Never did quite understand why she moved.

It's unfortunate they ended up running off, it's always a treat to watch them. For about the last decade there have been foxes raising their pups on my father's property in Warrenton, VA. Some years are better than others but I've never seen 7 pups! Mom definitely has her hands full lol
