Way back in the mid 80's I had a fiberglass stock made by a gunsmith that was in the Fort Collins Colorado area and for the life of me I can't remember his name. I'm sure there were and are lots of gunshops and 'smiths in that area but I'd sure like to find out who the guy was. Seems like he may have been west of FC closer to the foothills. For some reason the last name of Phipps sounds familiar but I could be wrong. Any Colorado folks from that area have any idea who I might be talking about? Thanks for any help!!
