Forster Powder Measure

Wondering who here has one? I see on the bulletin they have a new one.
I struggled with measuring any of the stick powders for a long time. Buddy has a Belding&Mull and loaned it to me. I was sold pretty quick. I now have not one but three:confused:. Mine will measure +or- 1/10 pretty easy. No, it’s not fast, but beats trickling.

I looked at the original Forester measure pretty hard but never tried one. There is a comment in the article it beats the B&M. Honestly I would have to see it to believe it. Trying to shear those big sticks is constantly shaking the hopper, making powder settle and compact. Where the B&M has the small constantly filled hopper for the drop tube.

Anyone care to comment? I know we all like new toys on the bench;)

I recently bought a few lee measures. Some are the perfect powder measure and some deluxe. All of them will throw varget, h1000, RL16, whatever to a tenth with boring consistency. Set them up for each rifle and on to the A&D fx120i for auto trickle. I was skeptical before using one but it’s true, for 20-50 bucks depending on model I figured I’d try. Plus, no baffle to worry about so consistent from full to empty. Can turn the hopper to closed and empty it. I put my deluxe ones in a LNL thrower stand and change from thrower to thrower. If they wear out buy 5 more. I’m new to powder measures, former chargemasters guy, but the Lee is really good.
