Winchester 69: No, the Auto Prim II does not clear the handle. I'll be getting a RCBS hand priming tool before long, until then I'm just using the press.
I don't seem to be having any difficulties with the collet dies in this press. Everything works great, and is super precise. Over the course of 25 bullets I'm getting .0005" C.O.L. variation (Redding Competition bullet seater). With my old Lee press I was getting .002 to .003" differences.
