  • Phase II hand priming tool with #2, 4, and 11 shell holders and 2 shell holder housings; large and small primer seaters; comes with red Sinclair case. Used to prime ~40 rounds $100 + shipping
  • Neck wall thickness gage and 2 expander mandrels (.308, and .223), and standard case rod. 1 small scratch on base from moving. Doesn’t affect function. Otherwise never used. No dial indicator. Pt# 59-1000 - $40 + shipping
