Hmmmm.. Idon't think it really came with them, but here's a link to a You Tube video; there's tons of them. Failing that, I have called Des, the owner and he answeres any questions you may have.

(youmay have to cut/paste the link) I typically run cases at arount 14 to 18 on the scale. That works for .223, 6mm and 7mm. as soon as they start to turn dull red they should be ejected. I get around 15-20 reloads out of my 6BRA and I'm up to 12 on my 7-6.5PRCW and still counting. The thing works. The only thing I use the case prep center for is brushhing the case necks. I have a Giraud trimmer that does the rest
