Fn/spr-Good buy on botom metal

Hi people, yust a heads up. I just bought good looking (botom metal or lower mag and trigger plate) with mag for fn spr or win70 from stockeys stocks on sale for $200.
Sorry bought description or wording, but just wanted you to know. I've been looking fot some time and the price has always been $400.
whada ya think? Good deal?
