Flash Hole Reaming Tool

I am looking for a flash hole reaming tool that is 9/64" or 3.5mm. I am not able to find one anywhere. Does anyone have any idea where I could get one at? I checked sinclair and redding websites. Would a 9/64" drill bit work to ream the flash hole out?

hunter23 are you sure you need to go that big?? what cartridge are you reaming out?

.308...making sub sonic loads and the majority of the people that i have talked to call for the flash hole to be reamed at 9/64....i also thought it was kind of big, but this is what people have had success with
