When full length sizing what is an acceptable +- variance? After sizing 50 brass I might see a variance of .001-.006 in shoulder set back. How would you lower that number? annealing or maybe holding the brass in the die lonnger?

Anneal the shoulders and neck, use the same speed and pressure on each press stroke, hesitate a couple of seconds at the top of stroke.
